You may cancel your AutoShip subscription at any time. Visit the “AutoShip” tab and simply click “Cancel AutoShip” below the frequency dropdown. You will be prompted to confirm this action and then your subscription will be cancelled. No future orders will be placed, as long as you do not have an upcoming order scheduled within the next 24 hours. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped but they may be returned through our normal return process.
