Unfortunately, items will go on backorder from time to time. If that happens to an item you have in an AutoShip order, we will send you an email letting you know, but place your order with any remaining items that are in stock. We will try to fulfill your order each day, but if the item does not become available within 30 days, or before your next AutoShip order for that item, we will cancel the order.
