Once you’ve joined, AutoShip is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription by visiting the “AutoShip” section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.
Once you’ve started your AutoShip subscription, you will not be able to change your shipping address or store pickup location. If you would like to make any of these changes, you can cancel your subscription any time and create a new one with your desired fulfilment method.
