Depending on province and delivery address, orders may be shipped with FedEx, or a local courier service.
Orders shipped via FedEx will be noted within your Order Shipment Confirmation email along with applicable tracking numbers. Please note if the Ship-to address is within a remote area that FedEx does not service, your parcel may be tendered to a local courier such as Canada Post to complete delivery.
Orders shipped via our Local Delivery partner will be indicated with a tracking number beginning with 'Z'. Currently we do not have the feature for our customers to track their own packages for this courier, however we hope to include this system feature in the near future.
